30 days of practicing what I preach

As a future doctor, specifically a holistic doctor of chiropractic medicine, I have a list of basic things to recommend to every patient that walks in the door. Among the hundreds of thousands of case-specific treatment plans, there are 4 easy things that every patient should benefit from and the goal of this blog is for me to test them out and document my progress. Over the next 30 days I will strictly adhere to the following 4 things, and document them here along with research and discussions on every aspect of the plan.

1)Follow the 'Anti-inflammatory diet' as outlined on David Seaman's website http://www.deflame.com/
2)Follow a vitamin/supplement regimen supplied by Anabolic Laboratories and Standard Process
3) Exercise: a combination of moderate cardio and core strength exercise for a mere 30 minutes a day, every day
4) Chiropractic care twice a week for the duration of one month.

Although there are many more common recommendations for patients, these four seem to be the most approachable by any patient and report the most drastic results.
